Hot girl on bikini : bikini-clad girls

MARION Council will take legal action to shut down a Glandore massage parlour offering “bikini-clad girls” if the operator does not seek development approval for the business. An investigation by the council has revealed neither the operator of the Bikini Girl Massage Cafe on South Rd or the building’s owner have applied for development approval to use the premises for massage services. Under the Development Act if the use of a premises changes, the owner or tenant must apply for approval. The massage parlour - run by convicted conman Bon Levi - opened last month, less than 150m down the road from Black Forest Primary School, sparking outrage from parents. Lawyers for the council sent letters to Mr Levi and the building’s owner on Friday, June 3, to warn them that legal action would be taken if they did not terminate the lease and remove the business’ signage by Friday, June 10. A report presented at Tuesday’s council meeting stated that the council would launch legal action in the Environment, Resource and Development court by June 21 if Mr Levi and the building’s owner did not co-operate. “(The) council will be requesting that the court list the matter for hearing regarding a temporary shutdown order within one or two weeks after lodgement,” it said. A petition from the Carole Benson Dance Studio, which is next door to the massage parlour, was also expected to be presented to the council last night. The petition had about 180 signatures from concerned parents whose children attend the dance school and want the massage parlour closed. click here for official website
