You can take part if you bought ADS shares on NYSE. You should have bought the American Depository Shares or ADS between February 15, 2007 to April 14, 2008.
If you wish to take part in the Credit Suisse ADS Securities Litigation Class Action Lawsuit Settlement at www.gilardi.com/crsuisse, you must submit a claim form. You must do this by August 1, 2011.  The amount of the settlement is $70 million.
