The Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner has declared the Results for B.A Part III Examinations held in March/April 2011. The University mainly conducts degree courses/exams in Rajasthan through its affiliated colleges and is a state university. B.A Part III Results The University has faculties of Commerce and Management, Science, Arts, Social Sciences, Law and Education. This University runs a number of professional courses including B.Ed., M.Ed., B.P.Ed., BCA, MCM, PGDCA, BBA, MBA, PGDSM, BFA, LL.B, LL.M, Diploma and various other specialisations. This university affiliates about 250 colleges from Bikaner, Churu and surrounding districts. The vision of the university is to provide "Higher Education For Dignity And Self Reliance." The Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner has come into existence in a tough terrain with arid ecological traits. After the decree of the Honourable Governor of Rajasthan, University of Bikaner has been established under the Bikaner University Act, 2003 which was notified in the Rajasthan Gazzette on June 7, 2003. Bikaner University, Bikaner was renamed as Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner vide Gazette notification No. F. 4 (14) Vidhi/ 2/ 2008 dated October 03, 2008. The current Vice Chancellor of the Maharaja Ganga Singh University is Dr. Ganga Ram Jakher. Various Boards of Studies in the faculties of Science, Arts, Social Sciences, Commerce, Law and Education as per Section 24 of the Maharaja Ganga Singh University Act, 2003 by the order of the office of Vice chancellor. These Boards pertain to various disciplines such as Biotechnology, Botany, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Military Sciences and others.
